I put this website together to showcase my work that I have created from all of the performing arts events that I have photographed. Here you will find various events from around the Kansas City area. Everything from production photographs, on-stage musicals, theatre and plays, opera, symphony, modern and traditional dance and of course headshots from the talented individuals I have had the opportunity to work with. I have covered everything from community theatre, high school theatre to modern dance.

I have photographed almost every type of performing arts. Events from high school theatre to modern dace to work with the Kansas City Symphony. While I worked at the Lawrence Journal-World and freelanced for the Kansas City Star, I had the opportunity to photograph various types of performing arts through my years.

I have photographed numerous plays, dances, recitals and auditions. Working in low light situations can be tricky and trying to stay quite and work around the audience can be a chore in its self. Regardless of all of these factors I am confident in saying that I have a complete understanding of how to create solid images for my clients while remaining out of the way during the performances. I have numerous hours of working in the dark, both back stage and in front of the curtain, trying to create a perfect shot for my clients.
